Consumption reduction is a task that Sytrama has set in the design of their machines. In addition to using high efficiency motors and drives, Sytrama has developed an energy saving kit for vacuum circuits. The device switches off the vacuum at the time an airtight environment between the suction cup and the piece to be picked up is created, and reactivates it again when the vacuum level reaches the minimum value previously settled from the robot control panel. By doing so it is possible to achieve an air consumption reduction of 75%.
