Compact, versatile and perfect for testing and sampling operations, the special extruder Bausano MD 30 is designed for those who need to analyse products and manage pilot tests in the laboratory on small quantities of material, with the aim of identifying solutions to be extended to the entire production.
Consisting of one or two inlets on a single barrel with side pressure probes, MD 30 allows you to process multiple materials with a single doser. Equipped with wheels, the extruder can be easily moved and any inspection and cleaning operation is simple and fast, thanks to the wider degassing.
Based on Bausano experience and on-going research of technologies and solutions with constantly increasing levels of performance, the new MD Plus extruders for plastic materials improve line productivity and reduce costs and energy consumption.

Equipment
Bausano twin-screw extruders are equipped with the innovative and patented MULTIDRIVE 4×2 transmission system. Motion distribution on four different points increases the duration of shafts and gear box, and thus the general reliability of the extruder. This results in an increase in power available on screws and a reduction of energy consumption at the same performance.
Motorisation
Single static frequency converter. Both mechanical and electronic synchronism makes motor rotation more constant and increases the machine efficiency.
